Join the Forest Lodge Library and the Katie Flowers Endowment at Rhythm & Books: Cable Area Music Festival. We believe nothing brings people together like books and music. This is why we have planned an afternoon of fun for children, youth, and adults. Adult tickets are $10 and youth (those still in school) are free to attend.

Come listen to talented artists, play lawn games, get your next read at our book sale, and join us for some "make it and take it" activities for all ages! Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Rhythm & Books is a fundraiser like no other—and one you won’t want to miss! The inaugural event will be hosted at the Cable Recreation Park on Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets and settle in for a good time.
