The daughter of beloved Midwestern folk singer/songwriter Greg Brown, Pieta has toured with Mark Knopfler, John Prine, Amos Lee, Brandi Carlisle, JJCale, Ani DiFranco, Mavis Staples and Calexico, among others.

Kilgour has been a featured performer at Lincoln Center, The Kennedy Center and at the Sundance Film Festival.
