Master Naturalist Advanced Training

Ferns are beautiful, unique, and often confusing members of our natural landscapes. US Forest Service botanist Steven Spickerman will lead the group in identifying ferns using dichotomous keys and distinctive characters.

Meet at 9 am and finish by Noon.

Dress for weather and bugs, and be prepared for some off-trail hiking. Bring snacks and water. You don't have to be a certified Master Naturalist to participate!

Any adult learners are welcome. Register by August 16th.
